COPA Flight 149 is the local chapter of the Canadian Owners and Pilots Association, located at the Niagara Central Dorothy Rungeling Airport (CNQ3). COPA 149 supports and promotes general aviation in the Niagara Region and southern Ontario serving the communities of Welland, Port Colborne, Pelham and Wainfleet. COPA 149 holds monthly meetings indoors from October through May and BBQ-style outdoor meetings from June through September.

The Niagara Central Dorothy Rungeling Airport (CNQ3) is located a few km west of Welland, ON just north of the Welland River. The classic triangular shape of the runways is a memento of its establishment as a military airfield for the British Commonwealth Air Training Plan during World War II.
